Freebee will service the area with the boundaries as State Road 84, 441, Sunrise Boulevard and Pine Island Road, with limited additional access west of Pine Island Road.

The service will operate seven days a week during the following times:

• Monday–Thursday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Friday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. 

All rides MUST begin and/or end in the Core Zone (light green areas on the map below).

• How much does it cost to use Freebee?
  

  Freebee is 100% free. You are welcome to tip your driver, but tipping is not expected. 

• Is Freebee only for residents?
  Freebee can be used by anyone traveling within the City’s Freebee service area, whether they are a resident or a visitor.

• Can I get help or ask for a recommendation during a Freebee ride?
  Your Freebee driver is professionally trained to be a community ambassador. The driver can guide you, point out popular destinations and share information about the area. Additionally, you can refer to the Ride Freebee app for news and upcoming events in Plantation.

• What is the minimum age for someone riding?
  Freebee is available for anyone age 18 or older if they are riding alone. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Freebee will always pick up and drop off riders in a safe location to allow them to transition without worrying about roadway traffic.

• Is Freebee wheelchair accessible?
  For riders who use a wheelchair, Freebee riders can optionally request an ADA-compliant and accessible vehicle from a setting in the app. If you do not have a smart phone, or would like to request additional accessibility accommodations, please call 855-918-3733.
