The City of Plantation is taking proactive steps to protect our community from potential flooding by distributing sandbags. This precautionary measure aims to safeguard homes and properties during the upcoming storm season.
Sandbag Distribution:
To receive your sandbags you must come to the Public Works Office.
8 sandbags per household (with Proof of Residency)
Self-filled stations are available under a tent at the Public Works Compound.
Weekday Distribution:
Residents must come into the Public Works office to receive bags.
Weekend Distribution:
Personnel will be available to distribute sandbags.
