Once a complete application and application fee are submitted, the applicant receives an email directing them to pay all other applicable fees. The following fees will be due at this time:

• Vacation rental registration fee
• Safety (structural and fire) inspection fee (for non-hosted only)
• Business tax receipt fee
• Vacation rental penalties, if applicable

Upon payment of all necessary fees and/or penalties, the property owner/manager may then schedule structural and fire inspections (for non-hosted only).  Upon successful completion of structural and fire inspections, owner/manager may then schedule zoning inspection at that time.
