Penalties

Any payment required after the application fee may be paid by cash, check, or credit card. All card transactions will have an additional fee of 2.65% charged by the processing company. Payment may be submitted online, by mail to the City Hall address attention to Local Business Tax, or in-person to the Zoning Department during office hours.

• Any Vacation/Short Term Rental found to be operating without a valid Local Business Tax Receipt will be fined $250.
