Welcome to the City of Plantation’s recreation online registration system. Using this system, you can search and register for select Parks & Recreation classes, as well as check your account balance.

If you already have an account with the City of Plantation, you may access the system now.

If you are new to the system, please review the FAQs below to learn more about how the system works below.

Getting Started

Anyone can log in as a Guest to browse the City of Plantation’s Parks & Recreation classes. To register online, you’ll need a household account.

New users can create a household account online directly through WebTrac.
Returning users may already have an account from previous programs (like PAL or other City classes).

If you don’t remember your login, you can use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links on WebTrac to recover your account. If you still need help, call us at 954-452-2510.

Class Availability

The City’s entire list of available classes is published in the Recreation Quarterly, produced four times a year: February, May, August and November. These brochures are available at City Hall, Central Park, Jim Ward Community Center and Volunteer Park Community Center.

Some classes – like summer camps – require special registration procedures that must be handled via mail or in person. For information regarding class registrations not available online, please call the Parks & Recreation Department at 954-452-2510.

Paying Online

The only accepted forms of online payment are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The City of Plantation uses the latest encryption technology to protect your transaction.

Partial payments are not accepted. If you elect to use the online system, you must pay your entire balance at the time of registration. Your card will only be charged if you complete the transaction and receive a verification message. Be sure to print a receipt for your records.

If you do not have (or prefer not to use) a credit card, you may register in person at any of our recreation centers.

How do I create an account?
1. Go to https://parks.plantation.org
2. At the bottom of the login box, click Don’t have an account? Sign Up Now.
3. Complete the sign-up form. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is active.
4. If you get an error saying an account already exists, use the Forgot Password? option instead.
  - Do not create a duplicate account.
  - If the issue continues, contact us
How do I reset or change my password?
1. Go to https://parks.plantation.org
2. Click My Account > Sign In/Register.
3. Select Forgot Password?
4. Enter the email address you have on file.
5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
6. If your email is not recognized, contact us for assistance.
How do I update my household or add/remove members of my household?
1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org
2. Click your name in the top-right corner to open account settings.
3. Select Household Account Management
4. Click Household and Member Update inside Manage Household and Members box.
5. Make your changes.
  - Some information (such as names, addresses, or birthdates) can only be updated by staff. Please visit a community center for those changes.
How do I verify custody?
If you have minors in your household who will participate in activities, you must complete a custody verification form.
1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner to open account settings.
3. Under My Account menu, click Custody Verification Form or click here.
4. Complete the form and upload your documents.
5. Our staff will review your submission and update your status within 3–5 business days.
6. For urgent registrations, visit a community center to verify in person.
How do I verify my residency?
1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner to open account settings.
3. Under My Account menu, click Residency Verification Form or click here.
4. Complete the form and upload your documents.
5. Our staff will review your submission and update your status within 3–5 business days.
  - Resident discounts apply only after approval.
  - Non-resident fees paid before approval will not be refunded.
6. For urgent registrations, visit a community center to verify in person.
What is my username?
1. Go to https://parks.plantation.org.
2. Click My Account > Sign In/Register.
3. Select Forgot Username?
4. Enter the email address you have on file.
5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
6. If your email is not recognized, contact us for assistance.
Why is the date of birth required?

We require a date of birth to apply the correct fees and place participants in the appropriate programs.

How do I register for an activity?
1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org.
2. Go to the Activity Search page.
3. Browse or search for the activity you want.
4. Activities available for registration will show an Available status with a green circle icon.
5. Click Add to Cart for the activity section you want.
  - You can add multiple activities before checking out.
6. Click Proceed to Checkout.
7. Follow the prompts to complete registration, including waivers, fees, and payments.
8. Once complete, you’ll receive an enrollment receipt by email.
How do I search for an activity?
1. Go to https://parks.plantation.org
2. In the top menu, click Search > Activity Search.
3. Enter search terms in form on left side.
  - If you know the activity number, just enter that.
4. Click Search to view results.

How can I print my childcare statement?
1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org.
2. Click My Account.
3. Under Reports, select Child Tax Statement.
4. Complete the required fields and click Submit.
  - The statement will be emailed to the primary email address on file.
5. The City of Plantation’s tax ID number will be included.
How can I reprint a receipt?

1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org.

2. Click My Account.

3. Under the Reprint section, select the receipt option you need.
How can I see my transaction history?

1. Log in at https://parks.plantation.org.

2. Click My Account.

3. Under the History & Balances, select My History.
