CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Aqua Zumba: Aqua Zumba is a low-impact, high-energy fitness class that combines the fun of a Zumba dance party with the benefits of water aerobics. It's a water workout that uses Latin-inspired dance moves and music, offering a cardio and body-toning experience with less impact on joints.
Deep Water Fitness: Nancy Olson teaches deep water group classes in the diving well on Monday’s at 9:00 AM. The one-hour class focuses on cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. The instructor uses a variety of fitness formats including HIIT, high intensity interval training such as Tabata; interval and circuit training; and mind-body formats for a complete work-out. New clients are encouraged to come 30 minutes early for a “mini clinic.” Students need to provide their own flotation belt. www.nancyolsonwaterfitness.com.
