July 29, 2026 – City Council Meeting
The City Council approved a resolution establishing the methodology for calculating the Stormwater Management Utility Fee for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026. The resolution also directed preparation of the preliminary assessment roll and established a future public hearing for the proposed stormwater utility fees.

June 24, 2026 – City Council Workshop
The City Council received an update on the Stormwater Utility Assessment Methodology and proposed rate structure, including the funding needed to operate and maintain the City’s stormwater system. The discussion also addressed aging infrastructure, rising maintenance and construction costs, implementation of the Stormwater Master Plan, and long-term flood resilience and capital improvement needs.
