The Engineering Department is actively involved with private development. The Department performs review and approval of private development plans for engineering improvements as an element of the City’s development review process. Once a private development has successfully completed the development review process, permit and inspection services are provided for engineering improvements associated with roads, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks and storm drainage systems.
