| Elevation Certificate (E/C) | $60.00 (based on acceptable documentation by others [e.g., final survey]); $60.00 (for completion of E/C plus the actual costs of acceptable documentation by others [e.g., final survey]) |

| Right-of-Way Occupancy | $250.00 for days 0—7; $50.00 per day thereafter (agreement and security required) |
| Traffic Review Fee | $2,500.00 plus $4,000.00 minimum cost recovery deposit* |
