We understand the importance of timely permit approvals for construction projects and other property improvements, and we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Same Day Permit Services.  This allows applicants/contractors the ability to submit a Building permit for review and issuance, all in the same day.   Currently, this service is available to certain permit types (listed below) for existing Single-Family Residential (SFR) properties ONLY; application package shall be submitted electronically thru the Citizen Access portal between 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. on Wednesdays; limit 5 submittals per applicant/contractor.

Pre-Submittal

• Contractor shall be registered and up to date in our main database.
• Applicant/Contractor shall have an Accela Citizen Access (ACA) account; registered, activated and linked to a licensed contractor.

• Permit shall be a standalone; not related or sub-permit to another permit/project.
• Permit shall include all items listed on applicable permit type checklist provided above.
• Permit shall be submitted on Wednesdays between 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.
