Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal manages our records and is where our citizens, businesses, and general public are able to access government services online, 24/7.

Anyone may perform basic record searches without creating an account, but certain information will only be available to registered users or the record owner.

All users may perform the basic services:

  • Search and view property information
  • Check the status of a record status or inspection
  • Track the processing status of a record
  • Make online payments

Additionally, registered users may:

  • Apply for a Building permit*, Right of Way (Engineering) permit and/ or Planning record
  • Apply for and/or renew your business tax license
  • Submit a Code Enforcement complaint
  • Schedule inspections

If you are already registered or simply want to perform a basic service, you can go the Citizen Access portal.

*Only properly licensed Contractors or authorized accounts properly registered and/or activated by the City of Plantation Building department will be allowed to submit an application or schedule inspections.  Please see the Online Registration Process for additional details.
