The Administration Department handles the coordination of Special Event requests, which require approval by City Administration. Each Special Event request is reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

All applications must be received 5 business days in advance for processing.

Please complete the correct corresponding Special Events Application and submit to Administration below:

This list is not all inclusive, and other events or promotions may also require approval.

All Special Event requests must be submitted to the Administration Department.

You may submit your application by email or fax or unless otherwise noted in the written requirement.
