Longest Day of Play
- Date: 06/20/2025 (all day)
Join us for the “Longest Day of Play” event this Summer Solstice, Friday, June 20th. From sunrise to sunset we will have a day packed with fun for all ages! Below is a list of all that will be taking place. The best part? Its all FREE!6:30 AM – 7:15 AM – Sunrise Walk at Central Park (meeting at Central Park Corporate Pavilion)
8:30 AM – 8:00 PM – Story Book Walk @ Jim Ward
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM – Drum Fit Class at Central Park Multipurpose Building (Registration Required) 18+
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM – Find the Jojo Photo hunt at all four community centers
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Water Fitness Class at the Central Park Aquatics Complex 18+
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Nature Pals at Central Park (ages 3-5)
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Popsicles at the Playground at Jim Ward Park and Central Park
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Shadow Art @ Volunteer Park Corporate Pavilion (Registration Required)
4:30 PM – 7:00 PM – Open Basketball on Outdoor Courts at Central Park
5:00 PM – 5:45 PM – Music Together (Ages Birth – 5 Years Old) (Registration Required)
5:15 PM – 6:00 PM – Snapology at the Plantation Community Center (Ages 4-12) (Registration Required)
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Yoga at the Plantation Community Center (Registration Required) 18+
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Free admission swimming for first 50 people at the Plantation Aquatic Complex
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Family Zumba Party at Plantation Community Center (Registration Required)
