Programs to assist individuals to purchase or repair a home in the City of Plantation.

SHIP Minor Home Repair
Funds are available for income eligible resident homeowners to receive up to $25,000 toward home repairs. A ten-year lien will be placed on the property to cover the cost of repairs. SHIP Purchase Assistance
This program provides assistance for income eligible candidates to receive up to $60,000 toward down payment and closing costs. A thirty-year lien will be placed on the property to cover these costs.
