- Project Name: Park East Trailhead Park
Project Location: Former Texaco Station on NW 9th Court
Brief Description: The City is working with the State to acquire the property that originally housed a Texaco Gas Station on NW 9th Court. CDBG funds will be utilized to create a Trailhead Park for the Park East neighborhood. The project also includes entryway signage.
Current Status: Demolition complete.
- Project Name: Plantation Gateway Landscape Edge Treatment
Project Location: SE portion of SR 7 from SW 8th Street to Broward Blvd. && NW portion of SR 7 from Broward Blvd. to Hospital Drive it also includes a small portion of Broward Blvd. from SR 7 to the end of the West Gate Shopping Center
Brief Description: Installation of Cocoplum Hedge, Coconut Palms, and Royal Palms. The project also consisted of minor paving and curbing improvements.

- Project Name: NW 5th Street Improvements
Project Location: NW 5th Street from SR 7 to the entrance to the Park East neighborhood also along NW 42nd Avenue from 5th Street to the Elementary School.
Brief Description: CDBG funds were utilized to purchase materials including landscaping and entryway features. Installation was handled by Public Works.

- Project Name: SW 3rd Street Dead End Street Improvements
Project Location: SW 3rd Street from SR 7 to the dividing wall
Brief Description: Installation of landscaping along a dead end street also includes improvements to parking, drainage and curbing.
