Welcome to the City of Plantation’s new online recreation class registration system. Using this system, you can search and register for select Parks & Recreation classes, as well as check your account balance.
If you already have an account with the City of Plantation, you may access the system now.
If you are new to the system, please review the information below to learn more about how the system works:
Getting started. Anyone may log onto the system as a Guest to browse the City's list of Parks & Recreation classes. However, only those who have previously enrolled in City of Plantation classes and have been issued a Household ID (which will also serve as your system Password) can register using the online system. Additionally, a MasterCard or Visa is required for payment. If you do not have - or if you have forgotten - your Household ID, please call the Parks & Recreation Department at (954) 452-2510 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday to have your Household ID mailed to you.
Class availability. The City's entire list of available classes is published in Recreation Quarterly, our resident magazine produced and mailed to Plantation residents four times a year: February, May, August and November. Some classes - like summer camps - require special registration procedures that must be handled via mail or in person. For information regarding class registrations not available online, please call the Parks & Recreation Department at (954) 452-2510.
Paying online. The only accepted forms of online payment are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The City of Plantation uses the latest encryption technology - provided by Verisign - to protect your transaction.
Partial payments are not accepted: if you elect to use the online system, you must pay your entire balance at the time of registration. Your card will only be charged if you complete the transaction and receive a verification message. Be sure to print a receipt for your records.
If you do not have (or prefer not to use) a credit card, you may register in person at any of our recreation centers.
Cancellations and refunds. All classes require a minimum enrollment. Classes will be cancelled if requirements are not met. Refunds take approximately four weeks. There will be no refunds given after the first week of classes. For information about how to submit a cancellation or refund request, call the Parks & Recreation Department at (954) 452-2510.
Access the City's online recreation program registration system now, or read Recreation Quarterly - the City's recreation class schedule catalog - for details on registering in person. |
