The Plan Adjustment Committee Meeting has been cancelled.
The Plan Adjustment Committee consists of three members: the Director of Planning & Zoning, the Chief Building Official and a Council member who serves on a rotating basis. Representatives from the Zoning and Landscape departments attend in an advisory capacity. The Committee approves minor adjustments to site plan design and landscape approvals previously approved by City Council, or site plans that were approved by other governmental entities prior to the subject property’s annexation into the City, and plans detailing the proposed installation of satellite dish antennas. The meetings are generally scheduled on the second & fourth Thursday at 9:00 AM in the City Council Chambers unless notified otherwise.
