HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION EVENT
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Annual Collection Event
The City of Plantation in conjunction with Broward County, conducts an annual Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Event in March. This event is open to all Broward County residents free of charge with proof of residency. Convenient drive-thru services where staff will unload your hazardous waste; you will be encouraged to remain in your vehicle. We ask that you keep the hazardous waste products in their original containers, or to label them clearly. All lids must be sealed tightly, and leaking containers should be placed in a large plastic container.
