Plantation is a planned community that combines quality commercial and residential development with one of the lowest millage rates in Broward County.  Plantation is centrally located in Broward County and the South Florida Region with direct access to the Interstate Highway System (I-595, I-75, and I-95) and the Florida Turnpike.  Plantation provides access to all of South Florida’s major attractions and is only 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades, one of the most accessible deep-water seaports on the eastern seaboard.

1. Plantation Midtown (bound by I-595, University Drive, Cleary Boulevard and Pine Island Roads) includes quality multi-story, mixed-use office, retail and residential redevelopment.
2. Plantation Technology Park (located on the north and east side of Sunrise Boulevard on the curve) Broward County’s first technology park is home to several high-quality, light-industrial and technology-based businesses.
3. Plantation Gateway Development District (State Road 7 Corridor) One of the fastest growing redevelopment areas in Broward County with over $20 million dollars in public improvements.
