Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Department is committed to hiring, compensating and developing the City's workforce to ensure its ability to serve the City's customers and make Plantation a better place to live. With a staff of ten the department serves more than 890 full and part-time employees.

The department manages the City's programs for employment, recruitment and testing; compensation, benefits, payroll, retirement, dental and health insurance, drug free workplace program, worker's compensation, training and development; collective bargaining and labor management relations; classification; placement and records.
