CITY OF PLANTATION CUSTOMER SERVICE VISION STATEMENT

Adopted by the C.A.R.E. Force
and the City of Plantation

The vision of the City of Plantation is to be recognized as the prevailing provider of City services through its progressive organization and strategic partnerships with, and for the aid of, the local community, including City of Plantation employees, residents and the business community.

City employees strive to offer the best customer service to the citizens of the City of Plantation, by providing exceptional value and quality.

The C.A.R.E. Force is a customer service task force created specifically to act as the conduit and resource center between the City’s departments and the citizens of the City of Plantation. Administration will work in partnership with the C.A.R.E. Force to advance the quality of customer service by providing the tools necessary to succeed.
