To apply for permits or schedule an inspection online, you must be a current and properly licensed Contractor registered with the City of Plantation. If you have already been approved – click here.
To register, first time users MUST complete the initial application process:
- Download and fill out an Online Web User Declaration
- Sign and notarize the form and submit in person or by mail to:

- Submit the online registration form - click here
(The registration must be in the qualifier’s name.)
- You will receive email notification from the City of Plantation Building Department when you have been approved and activated.

Requests for inspection can be made on-line or by calling 954-587-4456, ext. 5000. Inspection requests must be made prior to 12 noon, for the following business day.
