Anyone can use this site to research permit records. Only Registered Users can use this site to apply for permits and schedule inspections.

Only current and properly licensed Contractors registered with the City Of Plantation will be allowed to obtain permits and schedule inspections through Velocity Hall.
- Download and fill out an On-Line Web User Declaration
- Sign and Notarize the form and bring it to:

- Submit the online Registration form - click here
(The registration must be in the qualifier's name)
- You will receive Email notification from the City of Plantation Building Department when you have been approved and activated.

Inspection Request - Requests for inspection can be made on-line or by calling 954-587-4456 Ext. 5000. Inspection requests must be made prior to 12 noon for the following day.
Canceling or Rescheduling Inspections - To Cancel or Reschedule an inspection, please call the Building Department at 954-797-2765.
