  • Plantation Discontinues Midtown Trolley Service

    Due to low ridership, the City of Plantation will be discontinuing its Midtown Trolley service within Plantation Midtown, beginning April 25, 2008. For more information, please call 954-797-2640.

  • Plantation Celebrates Green Day

    Saturday, April 26, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The "grass is greener" in Plantation! And to celebrate, the Department of Landscape Architecture is presenting a brand new event … GREEN DAY, the City's unique event celebrating all things green: National Arbor Day, National Wildlife Week, Earth Day and Plantation's 24th Annual PLANT Awards, which recognizes Plantation residents and businesses that have demonstrated extraordinary environmental consciousness and helped to maintain a quality of life second to none. It will be a unique celebration of all things green PDF format - from landscape and trees, to ways to recycle and conserve energy, and much more. There will be giveaways and exciting raffle prizes.
